Exact dates are unknown but it is thought to date from Roman times. The details of its discovery are also unknown.

This small but beautiful mosaic is believed to have been discovered in Bordeaux. It is a Romain mosaic, though its history is unknown. It comprises limestone, terracotta and marble.
