The TV star King Tut makes a return in this title collecting Batman Confidential #26-28, plus stories from The Brave and the Bold #164 and 171 and Batman #353.
King Tut is a fictional character and villain who made his TV debut in Batman: The Curse of Tut in 1966. He was a creation of Earl Barret, Robert C. Dennis and Charles R. Rondeau, and was played on TV by Victor Buono. He first made it to the comic book world in Batman Confidential in 2009.
In the comic book, King Tut turns out to be an Egyptologist-turned-killer who leaves Egyptian-themed riddles (perhaps inspired by the Riddle of the Sphinx?)
