Taking good, quality, high-resolution photographs anywhere in the metaverse takes quite a bit of time, effort and creative genius, so we are offering 100$ for the most fabulous high resolution shots taken in King Tut Virtual. Here are the rules:
* Your image needs to be at minimum 2000 by 3000 pixels. (Or 3000x2000px.) This means good enough for print.
* It needs to be submitted to the Heritage Key Virtual Flickr Group, and tagged 'HKVX'.
* You must label each picture with your avatar name.
* Your photographs need to be submitted before April 30, 2010 .
* You can submit as many photographs as you want.
* All the photos have to be recent meaning taken after the announcement of this contest.

We want to see your best high resolution photos taken in Heritage Key Virtual, and will reward the most sublime shots with non-virtual cash. Heritage Key Grid - running on OpenSim with some extra magic added to it - and shows ancient Egypt, the Valley of the Kings, the treasures from Tutankhamun's tomb and most recently added the Stonehenge. It is easy to REGISTER and have a look at what we have created, an area well worth of 'snapshotting'.

Heritage Key present two days of events this weekend to help you ease into you Heritage Key Virtual experience, including guided tours and skills workshops. Details are as follows:
10am - 12am London Time (GMT), Saturday and Sunday: Tour
The tour starts off the welcome area - please register and make your way there. If you are an already registered user then find one of the Heritage Key staff in the welcome area - she will be your guide for the two hours and can answer any questions you might have.
2pm - 4pm London Time (GMT), Saturday and Sunday: Sneak Preview
Find one of our Heritage Key Staff at the sneak preview area. She will be happy to help you with registration and any questions you might have. She will also teach you new skills that will make your virtual experience all the better.
